Carolyn works for West Angeles Community Development Corporation as Manager of Real Estate Development and has been with this non-profit for over twelve years and in Real Estate for over 32 years. Learning about giving she still uses this experience to help families. Carolyn has worked alongside agencies such as FannieMae, FreddieMac, Enterprise Foundation, HUD, Financial Institution and other non-profit with affordable housing experience. She has taught 1st-time homebuyers seminars and education classes. She is a Certify HUD Counselor. Currently, she oversees 12 projects most in which are affordable projects she has been helping to developed projects for our 20 years and worked closely with several developers and Capital investors.
