I love living on the coast. I have sold new homes, done apartment locating, worked with first time home buyers but I love to sell island living on or off the island. You feel like you are on vacation every time you turn into the subdivision. Don't get me wrong, I sell all over Houston because when you have a growing family you need your focus on schools close by, amenities for the kids and close to their friends.
