Cary is Vice President of Builder/Developer Relations for Coldwell Banker Advantage New Homes. After seeing what he terms a “tectonic shift” in our economy, he decided it was time to do something different and left Fonville Morisey and Barefoot after 21 years. His focus now is working with builders and developers to pair the right builder with the right piece of dirt. In addition, he helps set up the sales and marketing efforts for those properties. Cary has lived in Raleigh since he was 5 years old and knows this market well.
