Any realtor can open a door and say, "ooh what a nice hardwood floor, I can totally see you living here!" Cassandra engages in no such shallow parlor tricks. The scope of what I was shopping for changed dramatically, and through multiple showings she developed a good sense of my tastes, and was able to really help me weigh the pros and cons of each property we saw over the course of the 9 months we worked together. But where she really shines is in the escrow/negotiation process. Very thorough, nobody's chump and easily managed the multiple moving parts to keep everything on schedule to close on time. Her team is great as well. Excellently integrated, attentive and professional.
