After listening to our desires, she suggested a condo that wasn't even on our radar after numerous searches, and it ended up being the one we purchased (almost 10% under asking price, BTW). Virtual/out of town searching and coordination was easy.With Cathy, it's personal and practical. You won't get some big-name flashy sales experience. Cathy was amazing during the process of buying our new house and selling our existing home. We were completely overwhelmed with the idea of moving after 25 years in the same place. I dont know what we would have done without her in our corner managing the purchase of our new home. It was a complicated deal, as the sellers had several significant issues that needed to be resolved before it was finalized. Cathy Laurenzi goes above and beyond to provide service to her customers. She has excellent communication skills. She always answered emails, texts and phone calls promptly. She is extremely conscientious about the little details in contracts, staging and having a property ready to show. Cathy handled two properties for us and also worked up CMAS on two other properties. She went above and beyond on our beachfront property handling many things that were beyond the scope of her professional duties.
