"Cathy and Greg have been wonderful to us. We were remote buyers that got interested in one house in the area (house #1). She managed to arrange a showing of house #1 within 2 hours' notice. On a second trip, they spent almost an entire 3 days showing us several houses. In this trip, our interest in house #1 decreased since we found house #2 that was selected by Cathy, based on what she knew about what we were looking for. We did all the paperwork, negotiation, inspections and signatures remotely during Christmas, New Year, and January. It went very smoothly. After the closing, they are still helping us in several ways, such as finding contractors to do some repair work. Last, but not least, they also showed us around the area, downtown of Lakeport and Kelseyville, and they took us to two wonderful wineries for wine tasting. We were so lucky to find them.
