Catherine Chen

I never write any sort of reviews, but for Catherine I felt I had to. Catherine is the BEST agent. She helped us sell our condo and helped us find the perfect property in Rolling Hills Estates. Extremely knowledgeable, realistic, honest, caring, practical, thoughtful, and polite with all she had to do on both ends. Both my wife and I were busy and must have re-asked her tons of questions, but she was always so patient with us. She was the perfect agent because she facilitated everything with our buyers/sellers so we were informed on all papers and info we signed. Above and beyond- she went to our place to even install certain fixtures, would drive to our door to meet us if needed, and would communicate whenever there were issues/questions. When we were done with both properties (bought/sold) she even gave us gifts as a token of her appreciation. It is these small things that are also big things to us. If you get her as an agent, you are lucky! You will get what you want!
