Cathy is extremely intelligent and is very knowledgeable concerning the real estate market in southern Florida! I live out of state, so when I decided to sell my Florida condo, she arranged for all initial paperwork to be easily handled on-line. The property sold quickly and the sale closed within 30 days of the accepted offer. I was very satisfied with the selling price. A Notary came to my home in Michigan so I could sign closing paperwork at my convenience, saving me the cost and time required for a flight to Florida. I was selling my home in Texas and wanting to buy a condo in (King's Point) Sun City Center, FL during the same time period. Cathy was literally my eyes in Florida, going on walkthroughs for me. She was mindful of my closing date in Texas when my offer on a condo in Florida was accepted and made sure the closing date in Florida coincided with my arrival. An example of her thoughtfulness: When my husband and I flew out to Florida to be present for the condo inspection, we had made arrangements to meet her at the condo on a Wednesday morning. Arriving late afternoon on a Tuesday, we received a call from Cathy asking whether we wanted to see the condo early. We jumped at the chance! She picked us up at our hotel and said she would have been anxious in our shoes and took the time to not only let us see the condo early but gave us a thorough tour of King's Point.
