We had bought our first investment home in tenino, cattlena made the whole experience a lot smoother for us. We live out of state and to have a real estate agent to work with our busy schedule. With a few hiccups on the way cattlena took care of us and handle everything for us with less stress to us. When selling our house she made sure we got the best of our value. I am very impressed with Cattlena! I was very picky about where I wanted live, lithe type of home I wanted to purchase and the amount I was willing to pay. It took me about a year to find the home that fit my needs and Cattlena was very patient with me, made time to show me multiple homes over the year and was instrumental in me not buying a home I thought I wanted. She was able to walk me through the comparison of benefits of the home I purchased, the pit falls of the home I didn’t purchase and walk me through the purchase process. I think the greatest thing about that was that she is not about making the sale at any cost because the home i ended up purchasing was cheaper than the one I thought I wanted. But with Cattlena’s help she showed me how buying the cheaper one would be a better investment in the end. Would not choose anyone else to help me buy my next home besides Cattlena!
