  • Cenia helped me buy a home

Horrible agent to work with. She sold my daughter her home. She actually screams over everything. Changed the property even after having a purchase agreement. She was offered full asking price and still treated my daughter horribly. This was a flip house and it was poorly and cheaply done. She fights you every step of the way. Doesn't cooperate with the your agent in any sense of the word. Will be filing a complaint about her to the Board of Realtors. Don't work with her if you can possibly help it.

    • Cenia and I connected, but did no business

Please stay far away from this agent!! She is very unprofessional, dishonest and greedy. She is very unresponsive when it comes to phone calls and emails. She is disrespectful to other agents and does not want to work as a team to get transactions done. All she cares about is her commission and pressures you into signing contracts and agreements with her so she can get what's best for her and not her clients or the people she is working with. From what I have found out she has a bad rep and only brings drama to situations! Please stay away from her!!!

I would not recommend working with this Re/Max agent. My husband and I attempted to purchase a home from this agent in January 2016. - She did not disclose the correct square footage of the property on her listing. We did not find out that the property was actually 500 sft. smaller than disclosed until we received the appraisal. - She did not disclose that there was $300,000 worth of property damage to the property due to electrical fire. We only found out about this after we had our appraisal and the insurance agent we used brought it up to us. Which increased our monthly insurance payment. But by that time we'd already invested $375 into an inspection and $575 into an appraisal. - The city inspection paperwork provided to us was from the previous owner. She didn't know that she had to have this paperwork in her name. - She tried to have us close before the federal mandated 40 days. - Ultimately, she tried to sell us a house $11,000 OVER the fair market value which means the house was appraised lower than what she was trying to sell the house for. - Ultimately, she was unwilling to lower her price, so she pulled out of the transaction. My husband and I lost the $900 we put into the inspection and appraisal. We are still waiting for our earnest money. I will update on how long it took once received. Do not work with this agent or Re/Max for that matter. There are scores of other negative reviews regarding this agent and had I known to look BEFORE working with her, I wouldn't have pursued this property. Since Re/Max employs her, I will not recommend this company to anyone in my future.

BEWARE OF CENIA BADILLO! She is licensed under a remade broker in the Twin Cities area. She is one of the greediest and most unethical and unprofessional people I’ve ever been exposed to. My sister was working with her to purchase a home, her credit score is nearly 800. Cenia had the gall to tell her she needed to go and sign up with this credit restoration company, pay them over $1500 and they would ‘fix’ her credit!!!! My sisters credit is perfect and does not need any ‘fixing’!! An 800 fico credit score is in the top 10% of consumer scores in the U.S. And to add insult to injury cenia told my sister she needed another credit card and she would have her friend help her with that!!! Unbelievable!!! She also requested my sisters financial information including tax returns. That is absolutely NONE of her business. I am a licensed realtor in another state and when my sister told me what she was doing I was appalled at Cenia’s blatant attempt at taking advantage of her. I believe that Cenia is targeting the Latino community especially as she is Hispanic and thinks they will automatically trust her. She is taking advantage of the consumers in this area trying to purchase or sell a home. I am sure she is part of all these other companies she is referring people to and you can bet she is making money doing it! If you have the misfortune of running into her please write about your experience so that others can be prevented from being victimized. Thank you, Maria
