My time with Chad incredible,he was always on time withe information,education on how to clean,and keep everything in tact property wise.

Chad & Noah met w/ us together twice. After that Noah was our main contact. He responded timely to our texts & reduced our anxieties about the process of getting the house ready to sell. We’d been in our home 38 years so, we’re real dinosaurs when it came to the current housing market! Our home sold in one day!

Noah really helped me understand the aspects of selling my home and with his skills and knowledge, was able to make the process painless even being in another state! I recommend Noah and the team for anyone looking to buy/sell a home as they will ensure you get the most from the sale and their services!

Chad and his team were fantastic in helping us buy a home in a new area as we moved states. Their knowledge of the area, attention to detail and time they gave us were all helpful and greatly appreciated. Next time we look to buy or sell we will definitely plan to work with Chad and his team.

Chad misrepresented the facts and the funds in a agreement we had, in my opinion. This was a serious ethical violation in an agent customer relationship. Think twice before trusting someone's word over ethics.

Do not trust this guy. Chad has no moral compass. Gives honest realtors a bad name. Look for a better option. I can't believe Remax allows his behavior.

I was shocked about some of the things Chad had said. I felt like he had an alternative motive. The motive was definitely not me our his duty as an agent. I would recommend finding a reputable agent over Chad. I suggest you steer clear of Remax in the Cedar Rapids area and Gloede Properties.

Chad is not honest. I learned quickly not to trust what he says. I felt like I was handling me and I never seen any value in working with Chad. Be cautious when selecting a realtor.

Chad helped us sell our home when we moved out of state. He was very responsive and moved quickly and efficiently to sell our home. We felt he offered good advice and were thankful he handled everything so well for us. Would recommend to anyone!

We have bought and sold many homes with Chad and will choose him over and over again! He is the best and pays such close attention to every detail. Hands down, recommend him every time.
