Chad Shelton

I have 13 years of experience in the tri-county area of Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties. I live in Fair Oaks and specialize in listing homes in the Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Folsom, and Citrus Heights areas. I own my own Brokerage, Shelton Real Estate Services, which allows me to be flexible regarding commissions and give my clients the most value with the best service imaginable. Its not uncommon for me to be planting flower beds at a listing or even helping clients move. My clients appreciate that they can reach me seven days a week and I usually answer my phone by the second ring. I am a graduate of Humboldt State University and in my former career I taught middle school and high school. I have always enjoyed helping other people and believe that this desire to help others has allowed me to be a successful Broker for the last eleven years.
