Along with his extensive knowledge of the Greater Columbia market, he has over 15 years of experience in sales, construction, remodeling and residential real estate. In addition to the local Columbia market, Chad has experience in acquiring, renovating, leasing and selling real estate in 10 other markets throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, Kayla, and their two children, Cam and Kalli. Cam loves wrestling, karate, baseball and beating up his Dad. Chad was extremely helpful in my home buying process. This was my first time buying a home and he did a great job on walking me through the necessary steps. He was always available when I had a question. He had the resources and contacts readily available since I wasn't sure who to go to (e.g., attorney, inspectors, etc.) He helped me through the negotiating and helped me to get the purchase price I wanted. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying a home.
