          I don't know where to start. I had been trying to sell that house for a little over 10 years. CW was the 5th realtor to put it on the market. On the previous 4 times it was on the market for over a year combined. Out of that time there was one offer, which was recinded within a week. This time the future buyer made the buying offer within a week. CW sold 2 of my properties within 8 months, it would've been sooner but 2nd house took awhile to get on market. The photographer took such great pictures of both houses that the pics made me want to buy both the properties. My realtor, Julie Scarpace, who sold both properties, went wayyyy above and beyond in effort and work, specially on 2nd property. I live about 110 miles away from 2nd property, which property had to have a city inspection before the sale. I would've had to go make insp appointment, then be there for insp, then be there for re-insp.. That in itself would have been 3- 220 round trips. NOT! Julie took care of all of that, everything. That's not to mention that the insp found 13 violations which had to be repaired, also not mention cleaning, etc.. Repair workers were hard to find to get all the work finished within 2-3 weeks timeline. Julie found all of the workers, stayed on them to get the work finished in time. It seemed unreal and more than once I wondered if everything would come together in time. Julie made it all happen without her I'd still be sitting there twitteling my thumbs. A great thank you goes out to her and all the rest of CW's crew. Oh, almost forgot an important point. My mortgage company made an equity loan in April, 2004 (that I never even remembered) and lost all documendation of the equity loan. They had a Deed of Trust on house but never filed a Deed of Release on the Equity loan which if went to full time period would've closed in 2009. The Title company could not close w/o Deed of Release. Julie worked on it and found a Title company who could close and the sale closed on time. At closing I didn't have to drive 60-80 miles to a Title Company. A notary w/paperwork came to my house and I signed in my own home. And my check from the sale was elevtronically deposited. I didn't have to leave my house one time during the whole listing, sale. Julie took care of everything. And the best part is my 2nd house was an old, small house with an unusual layout and didn't sell anywhere near what a 100k-200k house sells for, therefore CW's and Julie's commission was nowhere near what a 100k-200k's commision would be. I never could have expected the time and work that CW, Julie and the whole crew put in Therefore thanks to you all, specially Julie. So, my recomendation is if you want to sell, buy a new home and you don't at least investigate CW and his crew it could very well be a mistake, a big mistake. Thank you.
