I have found that this eliminates surprises that can come up along the way for buyers and allows me to find them their ideal home faster. After this consultation we set up a custom search together based on their needs and wants in a home and then the fun begins-Looking at Houses! After we find them the right house, I work up a comparative market analysis on the home to help buyers determine what to offer a seller, prepare and negotiate all offers and counteroffers while providing expert advise through all of the negotiations. I also assist the buyer with meeting all contract deadlines, organize final walk through and attend closing to hand the buyers the keys to their new home! My goal is to always create a professional and successful experience for my clients. Serving St. Charles, St. Louis, Lincoln & Warren Counties.
