Wow Wow Wow!!! Charles has been a godsend. We were a little skeptical and a little afraid at the beginning of the process but Charles explained everything in detail to us walk us through each and every step even though we had a little bit of difficulties with the mortgage company, they were being a little bit difficult but Charles kept a cool head, kept us informed in every step of the way and he worked it out and we actually got relocation funds at the end and everything was all good Charles is the man he even actually helped us move Wow. If you want someone on your side and who is very knowledgeable about short sales or for that matter just real estate in general Charles and his team at John Hart Realty are the perfect team mates. My family and I consider Charles to be a part of our family for life thanks Charles.
