Charles Barco and his team by far is the most professional and courteous real estate agents in Hampton Roads. This is my second time working with Charles and I thought he was excellent and tremendous the first time back in 2014, however, he has totally expanded his talent and zeal for his occupation in 2022. His charisma, determination and utmost integrity towards me and his other clients are not common in this day in age, but I can attest that Charles possesses all these character qualities which also reflects down to his team as well.
