Early this year I found a mailing postcard from Mr. Charles when he was selling a 4 units apartment in Los Angeles. I tried buying the property but it wasn't for me at the time. But anyway, I kept his information in case I need someone like him.In July of this year (2014) I contacted Mr. Charles to list my investment property(a duplex) located in Watts. He was very kind to take my call and explained to me that he has to meet me at the property on same day. He did and showed up on time. Mr. Charles evaluated my property and determined the listing price and already have a plan in place on how to sell my property. Although I was a bit skeptical of what he was presenting because I dealt with real estate agents in the area and both have failed me miserably and to top it off they seem to have no clue in what they do. These agents promised me and told me what I wanted to hear, which I regret that I did. But Mr. Charles assured me and saw his commitment that very day I signed the listing with him. After about 30 days we entered into contract and he pretty much sold my property $20,000 over listing price. I am very thankful to have Charles own our side. He is quick in his replies and he answers all my questions very promptly and direct to the point. He has met all my expectations and more. We are planning to buy a house soon as well, and we will definitely keep him as our realtor.
