Best thing about Charley is how responsive she is! I worked with her earlier this year, and I felt she was going above and beyond my expectations. We were in touch about 50 times a day while writing up the offers and counter offers and she was always available to guide me about the best approach. I didn't have to worry about finding a mortgage lender, or a reliable inspector, she made recommendations of people she routinely works with. The part I appreciated the most was...she was not pushy. I didn't feel pressured, instead I just felt I had all the information available to me to make a choice that would work for me. Would highly recommend her!

Charley is AWESOME! She listens to what her client wants. Not one time did I feel rushed to buy. She is family friendly. I had two toddlers with me and she cared for them as her own. (Which earned her the title AUNT Charley) She answer texts and calls after business hours. Charley also has reliable connections in every department of home buying (lenders, inspectors, roofers ect.) It was a joy meeting her and I would most definitely recommend individuals to work with her.
