Of the 5 times we met, she was more than 10 minutes late 3 of them. Once kept us waiting in the sun for 15 minutes while she contacted seller's agent because she didn't have pre-arranged access to the digital key box. As we followed her to properties we were constantly doing u-turns and back tracking because she wasn't more familiar with the area and the locations of the properties. Acted as if she were doing us a favor, not providing a service that she was compensated for. We did not feel that she was working for us--her clients--but rather for herself. Felt pressured to just accept whatever terms seller came up with rather than her "fighting" for the best deal possible for us. Was very condescending in her communication to us and made us feel like we weren't worth her time since our budget was only 1/4 million dollars.

She was more interested in closing a sale than working for us. Constantly keeping a tally on how many homes she showed us and that we needed to just pick one. When there was a snafu with information on the home we purchased, she did not stand up for us and rework the deal to our advantage--it felt like she was working for the seller, not us. Showed up late more than half of the time we met, didn't know the area very well (we had to constantly do u-turns and drive arounds because she was unfamiliar with the locations).
