Charlotte help my wife an I buy our first and second homes. We found Charlotte from the VA, and the experience with Charlotte has been great. I remember when we first started looking for our first home, it took Charlotte a little while figure out what we are looking, but once she figured us out house hunting became easier. She doesn't just try to find you any house, she has standards. We would walk into homes and the first thing we would do is check the basement, and if the basement had a strong musty smell, Charlotte would be like nope. And we would leave the house right away. Another house was going very well, unlike we ran into a strange individual hanging upside down in one home's basement (Yes it was a bat). Then Charlotte called us to come do a home visit right away, because she just got a listing and thought the house was perfect for us. We put in an offer that night to our first home. 5 years later, my wife started looking at house on Beaver Lake (I always wanted to be on a like).
