Cheryl Hazzard

Cheryl was fairly good when it came to selling my condo, but lacked time and patience when it was time for me to find a house. She did not understand how much more anxiety is involved when you are buying a house by yourself, especially as a single female. I always felt like I was inconveniencing her when it came to trying to set up showings for homes i was interested in, which needed to happen relatively soon once homes were listed given the hot market. More than once she made me feel like I was more of a headache for her then a valued client, which was unfortunate. I also received feed back from a home I was initially under contract for that she was "impossible" to get a hold of and was not returning calls in a timely manner. This was a new home I wanted to buy, and unfortunately I made a mistake and it just wasn't in a safe area and I backed out of the purchase at a significant loss. Not once did Cheryl offer to update me on construction or offer to set up getting me inside to see how it was coming along, it was like I was buying it without an agent. She also claimed I did not value her time, yet I had to let in the client buying my condo for the inspection and final walkthrough, she was completely absent! Will not use this agent again!
