Living in northern Lake County for the past 30 years has given me a solid knowledge of the communities, schools, restaurants, park districts, as well as southeast Wisconsin. Since, many of my clients enjoy looking in both Illinois and Wisconsin before making their final home buying decision; I furthered my skills and knowledge by achieving a real estate license in Wisconsin as well. This way I could help both buyers and sellers in both states. Transferee clients come into town to tour an area they have never seen before, this can be daunting. My goal is to help them have a “good feel” for the area when they leave but even more important is a confidence, that I will assist them 150% to make their move as seamless as possible! My seller clients, know I will work hard for them in every aspect of the sale. It’s the difference between their home on the market and getting their home sold! Bottom line, I take my career very seriously!
