My husband and I would like you to know that we had an OMG! experience with Cheryl Lee. My friend referred Cheryl Lee. We met over the phone. I was very impressed by the phone call. Even though she was busy she took the time to tell me about herself and was very patient and helpful. This is my first home buying experience. I had no idea what I was doing. We really enjoyed her high energy and enthusiasm. Cheryl listens and produces exactly what you want. WOW!! We were living in Ft Lauderdale and we drove over to Bradenton to meet her the following week. She showed us three homes, but the fourth, was the ONE. We found our home. It is Perfection. Not in my wildest dreams, did I think I would find Happy Home so quickly. Everything went so smoothly. We are very happy. I would like you to know that Cheryl Lee is very competent, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and brings a lot of knowledge to a new home buyer. We had fun. Cheryl has a good team working with her. I will be looking forward to work with her again. My goodness!!! We have our DREAM HOME.
