Team Pacileo

She is the Energizer Bunny. Does do open house on the weekends, excellent professional personality. My house sold in five days and closed in a month. With me every step of the way.

Cheryl and Joseph helped me sell my house in Hesperia. Needed so much in my pocket to move my family. I wanted more than what the market was showing my house was worth. Cheryl and Joseph helped stage my house and "declutter" to make it more desirable for potential buyers. Within a week we received a full price offer! Their knowledge of the market and adjustments helped during the appraisal process to get what we needed for he deal to go through. Quick and easy escrow. Thank you both so much :)

Cheryl went above and beyond to get us into our dream home. She was there day and night to answer our questions. She fought for our desires and needs. I’d recommend anyone to her in a heartbeat. She has earned our business and friend ship for life!

Cherry has lots of knowledge about this area and other areas. She is the hardest working agent I know. Always goes above and beyond..

Cheryl has been a wonderfully informative and helpful real estate agent. We are so pleased with how she has helped us buy/sell our home!

Cheryl is outstanding. Very loving and dedicated to being a great real estate agent.

Team Pacileo has helped me with the purchase of 3 homes and a lot to start building my family's new home! They also helped me sale a home. They are amazing, very knowledgeable, prompt to respond, and eager to help in anyway. I couldn't imagine using anyone else for all my home buying and selling needs, questions, and advice.

I wish there were more than 5 stars of rating how our experience was. They made selling our house much easier and less stressful than it could have been. Every detail was explained in terms we could understand. Cheryl kept us up on the process and helped us through it. If we were to buy again we would definitely make sure it was with them.

Very satisfied, thank you!

Could not ask for things to go any better
