Cheryl was wonderful in every aspect of helping me with my home, both selling one and looking for another. Cheryl was always kind and always have my best interest in looking at houses, she really listened. I carry her business cards with me and would not recommend anyone other than Cheryl. Cheryl went beyond the call of duty, every phone call I made she either answered or called me back in a timely fashion. I checked every box below because I couldn't have asked for anyone better! Should I ever need a realtor in the future, it will definitely be Cheryl.
Cheryl Shoultz Knows Her Business!We met with Ms. Shoultz to see 3 homes. The first one the owner did not show. We saw the last 2. Nice homes but not what we are looking for exactly. She presented us with an informational package which went above and beyond. MS. Shoultz inquired about the community we were looking for. We like Parrish, Ellenton, Sarasota area but have not yet determined exactly what community we want to relocate in. Also, we are undecided if we will relocate. Given this uncertainty Ms. Shoultz did a great job offering information and advice.
