I first met Cheryl when I was looking for rental properties. Called the number on the bill board and Cheryl appeared within the hour. Her response was immediate with answers to our questions. I was so impressed when we decided to buy a house I contacted her and again she jumped on it straightaway. She is very pro-active, picks up fast and cooperates well in difficult situations. Always available to speak with. Our house buying process went through a real topsy-turvy period and Cheryl was there every step of the way guiding us through, negotiating with HUD and mortgage brokers, also paying attention and consideration to our circumstances. We almost didn't make it to approval stage and Cheryl was there consoling me and thinking ahead, looking for rental properties since she knew that at that stage I had already served notice on our current residence. No body gave up; we steered ahead, consolidated our efforts and worked as a team. Closed on our house ("Thank you Jesus") and moved in three weeks ago. Cheryl Tucker is an amazing, intelligent, hard-working, very patient real estate agent. When I was single and looking to rent my home in Austin in 2007, Cheryl didn't even hestitate to line up numerous properties to take me around to look at on a Sunday afternoon, in her own car, and using her gas just to look at rental properties.
