Highly likely to recommend09/02/2014Bought a home in 2014 in Fairlawn Terrace, Ladson, SC 29456.Chip and Andi were an amazing duo that helped my wife and I find our first house. They were helpful from day 1, before we even signed them on as our agents. If they're not 100% sure about something, they know someone who does and will have you and answer quicker than you can look it up. It really makes a difference when your real estate agents have the connections Chip and Andi do. They knew people who saved us WELL over 1000 dollars on inspections and fees. They fought tooth and nail to get us the house we got and we couldn't ask for any better Realtors. As long as they're in the business, Chip and Andi will always be our Realtors!

Chip and Andi came to the rescue after a former agent threw us to the curb in the middle of us trying to sell our home. They were able to pick up the pieces, figure out what needed to be done and hit the ground running. We were so impressed with their expertise, customer service, attention to detail and above all, great communication skills, not just with us, but with all the different agencies. Wanting to continue our relationship, we are using them in the purchase of our dream home.

Chip's communications were extremely to the point and insightful. We kidded back and forth that Clark Kent (Superman) was working for the Daily Planet when all along he (Chip) really works for Agent Owned Reality. I can honestly say that if it weren't for Chip, we could have not sold our house. We live in Texas and Chip handled all of our SC dealings as entrusted to him like they were his only priority. Highly likely to recommend01/06/2015 - Bought a home in 2014 in Jedburg, Summerville, SC 29483.We found a neighborhood we really wanted to be in, after driving through on a Sunday afternoon in early November. We found several homes and one house with that Chip had listed after calling all of the listing agents (to date none have ever returned a call ) Chip called us back and met us within 30 minutes. We told Chip up front we did not have an agent but were planning on interviewing a couple in the following week. He allowed us to walk through the home answering all of our questions on the age and condition of the home, schools, taxes, and what he knew of Summerville. Within the hour we asked if Chip could also represent us he is very warm, friendly and professional. Chip seeing we had doubts about the house told us that if we really liked the neighborhood, he would go door to door until he found us home (He did manage to get us 5 other homes to look at).After the second visit and one look at my wife , Chip told her maybe this isnt the house for you, after another 15 minutes of intense silent studying my wife replied .. No, No!! This house needs work but has really good Bones Chip was up front with what he could and couldnt do for us as a dual rep and then took it a step further telling us that at any point if you want to opt out I will be happy to recommend another realtor. Part of our agreement in purchasing the home was that work needed to be done would be done after closing and prior to us moving in, which Chip assured us he would be there through the end. What should have been a very easy smooth contractor process turned into a nightmare and horror story, and I know as difficult as it was for us it had to be very very hard for Chip and his lovely wife Andi . His professionalism, attitude, determination, calming demeanor and 110% effort in standing by us and with us will not be forgotten.His efforts to make sure we still had sanity left was nothing short of Herculean. When he could have walked away he ran forward. While I had doubts that I would ever consider this a home after the contractor issues, Chip was always reassuring, this was just a bump in the road and that this (which I very seriously doubted and thought he had Bonked his Head) would become the best house, best neighborhood, and create the best memories you will call this Home Chip and Andi saw this through, shoulder to shoulder with us, never once gave us reason to pause in our decision then, now, or in the future in partnering with Team Walsh After 6 weeks I can truly say Chip has proven me wrong and I cannot be happier about it Welcome Home!!!
