Worst ever! Chris and his company Heritage are liars ! They were so nice in the beginning. Once we moved in it all changed. We had tons of major issues immediately after move in on a new construction. They tried to pay us out vs fixing problem after they blamed us for it! They promised us things to get what they needed and NEVER followed through! The HOA ( heritage) tried to charge you as a home owner to do everything! They scam you!!! They ruined our brand new 80k pool and promised to fix it and have never responded to us. But tried to charge us to Put it in our OWN back yard. I would never recommend them. The entire neighbor has the same issues. Be aware!!! Don’t buy Druid hills !!!

I wish I had proper, enough words to describe this family owned company, its family member Chris Ashkouti and how angry we are... They are unprofessional, unethical, and immoral. They care about you until you buy the house. I purchased one of the houses in North Decatur they build in 2019. However, they ruined our dream house by building another three-story house less than 30" away from our backyard. It literally looks like "Great Wall of Decatur" right behind our house. At the time of purchasing this house, we did ask how they were going to develop the neighborhood. And of course they lied to us and this was not the part of the plan for sure. Chris Ashkouti and his company are aware that our house has no privacy, and they said they were going to plant 14' tall Carolina Sapphire cypress...
