Chris Casimir with MOVE Realty was amazing with the selling of our old home and purchase of our new home. He’s a no nonsense agent and was responsive and driven to finding us a great deal – he and his team have a solid understanding of the market. He was full of suggestions related to the staging and preparation of our old home, while pointing out the features we needed to look for in our new home. He was patient with us and made home buying and selling as painless as possible. We would definitely recommend Chris and his team for your buying and selling home needs!

Chris Casimir helped us purchase a house under very difficult conditions - the main one being that we live 250 miles from where we were purchasing. He was pating and considerate of our various needs and really knew the kind of homes to show us so as to not waste our time. For a variety of reasons, our Escrow process turned out to be difficult as well. Chris stood by us and kept us aprised of what was going on, eventually guiding us to a smooth closing on our home. I can highly recommend him!

If I could give Chris more stars I would. Chris helped my partner and I buy our first home. He showed us three houses on the first day we met and we submitted an offer by the end of the day. Then, just a month later he was handing us keys. We were in a bit of a time crunch on buying a house since our rental lease was ending. We love our house in Woodland, CA and Chris was more than willing to meet us all the way over there even though it was a bit of a commute for him. Chris was in constant communication with everyone including our lender who he stayed on top of to get us a quick closing. I will definitely work with Chris again if we're looking to buy or sell a house. I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell a house. Chris will get it done.
