Chris Gregoire

A native of Santa Barbara, Chris Gregoire’s passion for the real estate industry stems from his life-long exposure to Santa Barbara real estate through his family’s involvement in local property management and the mortgage business. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Chris spent the first several years after college traveling the world, while operating several on-line businesses. He has lived in Berlin, Los Angeles and Southeast Asia. He is also a partner in a music production company based in L.A. Upon his return to Santa Barbara full-time, Chris became affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty and then, Village Properties. He is enjoying his work representing his many friends and clients here in the hectic Santa Barbara real estate market.
