In 2002, Chris purchased his 1st Investment property in Fort Collins, CO home of Colorado State University which Chris is an Alumni with a business Degree in Financial Accounting. In 2003, Chris decided to expand his real estate career beyond investment properties and became a realtor in which he found his true passion helping others purchase and sell homes.
