Chris his built an infilled McMansion that has impacted negatively his neighbors and community the insensitivity to design and assimilation to the neighborhood is in poor taste and an eyesore at best. He has grossly misrepresented to his neighbors timelines and not communicated well his intentions. If he is developing in your area, beware. He is only out for himself and his bottom line.
