- Chris helped me buy a home
I was connected with Chris through a relo. I neeed some guidance on different towns in So Cal as I was relocating from the east. Chris gave me some ideas, but really focused on Long Beach, which is where we ended up. Overall, he was ok, not outstanding. He didn’t really know a lot about the neighborhood I ended up in, told me it was 3 miles from the beach (its 6). It’s possible my price range was below his preferred range to work in. There was some confusion about closing dates and I’m not 100% sure he was representing me as well as he could as he seemed close to the sellers agent and I was from out of town. He did help me find a painter and paid half the price due to a mixup in the closing/move in date.
