Chris was exceptional. I have Real Estate knowledge so I listed my Condo myself just to see what bites I would get. I have sold property in the past and it was always painful because of the agents. That was why I tried to list myself. Chris contacted me to ask questions about the unit so he could include it as inventory for his clients. He offered to list mine, with a no pressure attitude, and after a couple of weeks we met. I was very impressed with the research he had done prior to our meeting. I interviewed a few other agents who were very aggressive, and treated me as if I was a total novice to the industry which was insulting. I chose Chris and we signed the listing papers on a Friday, He explained his strategy. After the open house the following Saturday, he sent me an email and we spoke on Monday about the success and his next step. On Wednesday Chris called and told me we received an offer and closed within 30 days.I absolutely know this was due to Chris' knowledge of the market and industry overall, his logical and realistic approach to marketing, and his attention and commitment to clients. It was truly a seamless transaction and it was all due to Chris truly being a Real Estate Professional.
