I really can't say enough about how well Chris handled my transaction. Numerous issues came up during the process relating to the inspection and appraisal and Chris worked through all of them. I would recommend Chris to anyone without hesitation.

We were very impressed with Chris's professionalism and attention to detail. He toured the house and made suggestions for changes (we built the house 29years ago.) and although we have always maintained the house an objective opinion is always helpful. He explained the listing process very well and suggested we obtain an appraisal since the house was architecturally unique. Chris's use of the internet for advertising homes made it possible for potential buyers to preview our home through professional photographs which were taken both during daylight and evening hours. Best Realtor Ever! Chris was VERY knowledgeable about my home. He knew more about my home than I did, and I lived there for the last three years. He was one of three real estate professionals that we interviewed when it came to selling our first home. He came in and told us exactly what he thought our home was worth (175K), even though it was between 10-25K (they had said between 185-200) lower than what the other professionals suggested we started out. We asked him to put our house on the market for 180K, Chris was the most down to earth of all three of the professionals we interviewed. He knew the area of our home, and the areas we were looking to purchase in. Since we had never sold a house before, he was with us every step of the way, protected us as sellers. His marketing strategies are amazing. We got a full price offer with in a few days, with no seller concessions.I have been giving his and his associates cards out at work. Believe me, Chris has made this process as stress-free as possible.

Chris was very informative in all aspects of selling our property. From getting the property ready to list to pictures, when to list and when and if to do open houses.
