We found Chris through a friend of a friend and it turned out great. We were moving to the area so his knowledge of the local area was extremely helpful. He arranged a series of houses for us to look at during our first visit and we found a winner. However, some issues with an out of area appraiser led to our contract falling through, so he jumped back in with both feet and we were able to find a second house in a matter of weeks. After the closing of the second house, he continued to help us navigate an arbitration resulting from the original contract. If and when we decide to move, we will definitely give Chris a call to help us sell our house.
