What can I say? Rise Realty (Chris, and Shannon) was absolutely the epitome of professionalism, yet warm, personable, and kind. Chris met every need we would have, even those we did not know would happen! Chris helped us navigate all the in's and out's of selling and buying a house in today's market, encouraging when we were discouraged, and joyful for us when things worked out. We now consider him a family member for life!!Shannon helped guide us in technical details of the business end, all the things we did not understand, to sign what, when, and where. She is also now considered a family member. I feel we have gained friends and a beautiful home in this new season of life for us.

Working with the group at Rise Realty was nothing short of amazing! Lauren, Chris & the team helped us sell our town home in 2022. The process was seamless - right down to scheduling the cleaning, photography, staging suggestions, open house weekend and more! She presented a detailed portfolio of local comps in our area and together we were able to put a "price tag" on our town home. We ended up having multiple offers (like 35+!!) and got well above asking price. We were able to get out of town for the weekend of the open house and Lauren even went as far as to put together a weekend itinerary full of recommendations & fun things for our family to do in a small mountain town of NC. She is incredibly thoughtful and so attentive to detail.The house hunting process was so much fun with Lauren and she always had great locations for us to check out with a list of our needs and wants. It was like hanging out with an old friend - that feeling of being cared for, noticed and always great conversations! During our time together, she highlighted something we hadn't even considered...a new build! This truly was never on our radar, but I can honestly say that it's the best thing we didn't know we needed! Lauren and her team made our home buying experience absolutely flawless (and if there were any flaws, we didn't know about them!). They set us up with a lender who was equally as awesome as their team and assisted us every step of the way. If we had questions, we felt that we were able to ask at any point throughout the process and they would explain in depth. Both Rise Realty and our lender, Troy A., never made us feel like we were a bother or never a dumb question and that is very much appreciated. We sold our previous home before our new house had even began construction, so Lauren also helped us tour & find the perfect rental house where we could get our daughter into the school she would ultimately be in for good. Chris & Lauren were fantastic!

Chris with Rise Realty was absolutely fantastic! We were purchasing a home from out of town and he went out of his way during our process to ensure we were able to see all properties to the best of our ability and make the most informed decision possible. His team worked quickly and efficiently to ensure we could meet our short timeline and we were able to close in less than 30 days. Even after we purchased our home, he ensured we were able to get settled and was always willing to coordinate and oversee any work being done on our property.
