I was in an unfortunate situation with a pending divorce and a house that was priced lower than I agreed with. I randomly posted on Facebook looking for a local appraiser. Christi reached out to me and offered to help me out 'no strings attached'. At that point there was no intention of selling but after meeting with Christi everything changed.
