I was looking for a realtor that really understood the marketing aspect of selling a home. Chris was introduced to me and very quickly took a different approach speaking about the strategy and the marketing challenges of home buyers. She had all the answers I was looking for and the plan that allowed us to trust the process. My family appreciated the approach that she took to understanding how best to showcase our home with a great selection of pictures different then other realtors. This was done timely and very professional. This has been our place for over ten years and deciding to move took the right words and confidence to help us pull the trigger. It also helped that she had a love for animals and our dog Charlie gave her a full endorsement.
