Tina is available at different times of day and will go out of her way to help you. She works hard to get showings set up and get you in a house when there are a lot of people looking at it. And she helped me hook up with a Ruoff to get my financing set.

I called christina and told her I wantedto buy a home but was unsure of my finances. Christina got me in touch with a mortgage lender. She talked me through the whole process. Once I was approved for the loan she had my criteria and had houses set up for me to go and look at. I could call Christina at anytime of the day and she was always available, if not she called me back at her earliest convenience. She would set up houses to look at around mine and my fiance's work schedules. She make the whole process fun and easy.

All in all I have no complaint's whatsoever. She was amazing. Always answered any and all of my emails, texts and calls. Promptly. She made me feel comfortable and actually listened to what we were wanting. I love my home and appreciate everything she did for us. Highly recommend her service's.

if u want any flaws pointed out tina is your girl. she has mental block about anything good about your property. wasn't even given a copy of the listing contract at the time of signing. very negative. sorry I ever left her in my house let alone list it. she is looking for perfect properties to list, anything less to her is a fixer upper. couldn't say something nice about your property is you paid her. would not discuss flexible commissions. failed to sign the release. don't list with tina, shell just bad mouth your property.
Tina was great to work with. She always answered right away when I had questions and if she didn't know, she said so but got me answers in a timely manner. She was on time for all showings and never tried to influence me one way or another.

She showed us countless homes over the course of months on end, and never once did we feel pressured to purchase, and she never gave up on us and our pickiness. She took the time to collect what we did and didnt like about houses, and genuinely cared about our thoughts of houses. She took the time to send us newly listed homes that fit our criteria, and showed us homes whenever it was convenient for us. Very knowledgeable with the questions we had, and when she was not sure about a certain question we shot at her, she was on a mission to find out for us. Over all, an outstanding realtor, we were so fortunate to glide right through the process of buying our first house with no bumps in our path. Thank you Tina for being such a great person!
