Does not show up to an open house, does not respond to phones during the scheduled time. Responds hours later saying she had to cancel due to "messy residence." Incredibly unprofessional, incredibly rude, absolutely no respect for potential tenants.

Worst landlord I ever had. Christina clearly has no respect for her tenants. She was also very slow to communicate with. There were times when she didn't communicate maintenance at all, which unexpectedly left us without hot water for a day. She didn't provide us with physical keys to the external doors so we either had to use the one door which had badge (RFID) access or through the garage with the garage door opener. If some poor soul does decide to have Christina as their landlord, don't expect much useful communication with her and definitely don't expect to get your security deposit back because she will find a way to take it all.

She is HORRIBLE. Worse experience and is rude and disrespectful. Gives zero about anyone but herself. Avoid this nightmare at all cost.
