Christina was essential. She was always available. I never had to chase her to ask a question or extract an answer. She was very patient, showing my wife and I listings in the school zone we wanted. When we finally found the home we wanted, Christina was on top of everything. She constantly communicated with my wife and I, the lender, the selling agent, everybody. And when we hit a rough patch during the process Christina was there to help right the ship. Christina was better than good. She was essential and we couldn't have done it without her.

We couldnt have asked for a better Realtor than Christina! She was patient with our many questions on selling our home. She was even more patient as we went through the struggle of trying to find our new home! She was very knowledgeable and helped us maximize our money selling and buying!

Over the past few years, I have worked with many realtors (10-12). Their services included home purchasing, sales, and renting (tenant/landlord). In comparison, the level of service that Christina delivered was far above what I had come to expect from a average realtor. In truth, Christina solves many issues before they can become problems. She found a rebate from the lender, I had no idea existed. She worked with the builder to correct identified workmanship issues. We would not have closed on time if it had not been for Christina staying on top of the builder/lender. Christina's services are highly recommended and I'll use her again and again.

I am military stationed in Ohio with a rental property in Florida. My long term renter moved out and it was time to sell. The house needed work before it would sell and It was 900 miles away. Christina had the solution. Hardwood floors needed repair. She had a guy for that. Ceiling and walls required some drywall work and painting. She had a guy for that. When the freeze happened this winter and a pipe burst in the sprinkler system, she rush right over to get the water shut off and a repairman in for that. Christina was always available for a text or email or phone call. She made me feel like I was her most important client. Even while the repairs were being completed, her marketing created a lot of showings. A week after the repairs being completed, I got a qualified offer that we accepted. Christina McIntosh was the realtor we needed and I am so happy to have found her.

We really enjoyed working with Christina. Trying to sell and buy a house on its own is stressful, but having her assisting us with both sides of the process made our lives much easier. She helped us find a new home! We debated between a new build versus a home already on the market. Although she showed us some houses already on the market, we ended up going with a new build. She was incredibly knowledgable with the process of building a home from the ground up. She also helped us list our townhome and we ended up getting an offer in under a week! She's been incredibly responsive, proactive and a great listener when it came to our needs/wants. We highly recommend Christina and would work with her again, if needed!

Christina was referred to us from a long time friend. We live in Massachusetts and were very interested in learning more about Nocatee. Christina has extensive knowledge of Nocatee and was very helpful in showing us around the various communities there. Nocatee can seem a bit overwhelming to individuals such as us who live out of state and are new to planned community living. Christina was quick to answer any questions we had along the way, while also adding valuable dialog regarding the surrounding area. She listened to our needs and aspirations for a property and always showed us listings that were on par. We enjoyed working with Christina because she understood our needs, she is responsive and yet not pushy. She knew when it was the right time we would purchase, and less than a year later that is exactly what we did.

Christina was awesome and extremely helpful in the process of us buying our first home! Any questions we had she answered immediately and she was always willing to go the extra mile especially since she knew we were purchasing while currently living out of the state and that made some things a little difficult to do. She also knew a lot about the community that we are moving to and was happy to share all she knew from the schools in the area to the activities to do and places to eat. She made the process extremely easy and we would definitely recommend others to use her as their future realtor!
