"We just recently built a home in Fairfield Springs- Oconee County, GA with Reliant. I am very picky because I have worked both as a new construction real estate agent with another large semi-custom builder, and as a traditional real estate agent primarily focused on Athens and Oconee County. If you want a custom-build feel, but a seamless and easy to manage process, you want to buy Reliant Homes!My favorite two things about my house (both of which were custom built): my cedar beams on my covered front porch and my butler's pantry with cabinets and matching kitchen granite!"
