Christine was amazing! We were going to sell by owner and after a week on market we had no interest. Christine came in, raised our price, took new pictures and had it sold for over our original asking price in 6 days! After the contract was written she was there every step of the way negotiating on our behalf while we were making a cross country move. Without her my husband and I would have probably walked away with $15,000 less in profits and lost our minds in the process. She was also very professional which was very refreshing and always went above and beyond the call of duty. She blew the leaves, made sure the trash was out and continuously checked on our home to give us peace of mind. We couldn’t have felt more at ease in such a stressful situation!
