I wanted to refinance my home to complete home improvement projects. Christine did an amazing job evaluating our home value and helping me determine the projects that would make a significant impact on the future value of my home. Her estimate was spot on - the home inspector that came in to finalize our refi came back with the same value. Now that my projects are complete, the value of my house has more than matched the cost of our updates. I'll definitely be working with Christine again!
