Christine, Regan and Dan couldn't have made selling my condo any easier. After a brief meeting to discuss sell price and take pictures, they told us they would have the listing ready as soon as we gave them the go ahead. Hours after telling them to go ahead and list, they were scheduling showings. Within 24 hours we had five showings and three offers all at or above listing. We interviewed three realtors before listing our home for sale. We've sold a lot of homes, and my husband and I are both admittedly skeptical of any agent that comes across as "salesy". As soon as we sat down with Chris and Dan, we were very impressed.
