My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found Chris Baker. From the minute we first spoke to the day of closing he made this stressful process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. He knew exactly what we were looking for and was very informative. It really helped to have someone guide us and advise us as first time home buyers instead of just trying to sell us a home. Chris is amazing!! When I first contacted him he responded right away and we scheduled a bunch of showings right away, and when we met him we knew he was the right realtor for us! A couple weeks later we found our house. Chris is very flexible, knows the area very well, knows a lot of houses that you will be seeing, great advice and knowledge of construction. We recommend him 100%! Chris also had a super important role in the negotiations to get our house! He also recommended a great attorney and he helped us throughout the entire process from offer to closing

I was handling the sale of a property for my elderly father. I live in a different state, so was not there to facilitate the sale. Thankfully, Christopher went well above and beyond the norm, to keep me well apprised of every aspect of the sales process. Christopher even offered to pick up my elderly father to bring him to the attorney or hand carry and deliver to my father's home paperwork from the attorney.
