Didn't disclose to potential buyers of a property next to mine that the property being sold was damaging my home and hurting my family putting potential buyers and current owners at risk because my home is old and the damage that is being inflicted on it can lead to it catching on fire-putting the new owners and neighboring houses in danger. He knew of the problem and it could have been fixed for a couple hundred dollars but it never was because they didn't want to lower their asking price on the home they were selling-GREED!!!

Christopher Coute A/K/A Brownstone and Silver City Properties failed to disclose putting their clients (who are supposed to be top priority) ,my family and the neighborhood in imminent danger. Their behavior is abhorrent and very unprofessional and the only ones they care about is themselves and their wallets.

Christopher Coute A/K/A Brownstone and Silver City Properties failed to DISCLOSE putting their clients (who by their own mission statement are supposed to be top priority) ,my family and the neighborhood in imminent danger. Their behavior is abhorrent and very unprofessional and the only ones they care about is themselves and their wallets. Their actions to CONCEAL and hide are criminal.

He never fixed a problem that could have easily been fixed-he put his clients in imminent danger because my home now has the potential to catch on fire putting my family ,their clients and the neighborhood in peril. Brownstone uses the name Silver City properties to buy homes and then they sell them.No integrity, no keeping their clients interests a priority-how can that be done when they are selling their own property and the only interests they care about are their own.Their mission statement isn't worth the paper it is written on.They should be ashamed for not disclosing (which they are required by law to do) or spending a couple hundred to fix a problem that could easily have been fixed before it turned dangerous.
