When it came time to sell our Sharon home which I owned for 25 years, I knew what I wanted: a broker who had a good feel for what buyers were looking for; a no nonsense approach to telling me what I would need to do to get my home ready for sale, including pricing, vs. telling me what I wanted to hear; a high energy level; great personality; and focus. Marlene Wise checked all those boxes and more. As a plus she was very resourceful providing me with various contractors to complete work at the house to get it ready for sale and closing at reasonable prices, as well as an intensity which kept her on top of every detail and time issue which were critical to closing on time. As a result we got the house emptied, renovated, listed, under contract and closed within 4.5 months of my first phone call to her. She kept me constantly informed and I didn't have to do anything once I had the house emptied. She oversaw all the work being done and frequently kept me up to date. Missteps and failure are not options for her. She will do what is necessary to get the job done. She really is a peach of a broker and I couldn't recommend her any higher. You will not be disappointed.
